There are a variety of new methods for treating low vision, including:

Microscope Eyeglasses are double-lens systems that combine your eyeglass prescription with the amount of magnification needed. The amount of magnification depends upon the level of remaining vision and the size of the material to be seen.

Telescopic eyeglasses are miniature binoculars inserted into eyeglasses. The Your eyeglass prescription as well as the highest quality optics are used in the system for maximum clarity. Telescopic spectacles can be for one eye (monocular) or two eyes (binocular). The telescope can be mounted in various positions in the glasses.

E-Scoop® glasses are highly sophisticated spectacle glasses for people suffering from Macular Degeneration (AMD). E-Scoop® can improve your vision significantly by shifting the image to a different part of the macular.

Prismatic eyeglasses can be single or double lens system and incorporate prism to allow the two eyes to work together. They are useful if both of your eyes are approximately equal in vision and do not require high magnification.

Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation is the examination and rehabilitative treatment of adult and pediatric patients with eye and vision dysfunction related to neurological conditions, such as traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, stroke, cerebral palsy, and multiple sclerosis.
